Delivery policy

WebAwards.com is the platform where there is no physical delivery. 

Upon receipt of a website submisson (and its payment), the submitted website is automatically written in WebAwards.com database, and accepted as the “Nominee”. So your “website submission” constitutes the delivery to you of the service you purchased.

All the “Award Nominees” are reviewed and graded by the jury (except below mentioned “unacceptable websites”). The best websites are awarded and published in WebAwards.com platform as “Winners”. On the other side, the “Nominees” (if they are not awarded) will stay as “Nominees” and will be published in WebAwards.com platform under “Nominees” category. Our system, product and service is limited with this procedure. As the website you submit obtains immediately “The Nominee” degree, and this degree is irrevocable, the payment is irrevocable and non refundable.

Refund policy

The website submitted by the user, obtains immediately “The Nominee” degree, and this degree is irrevocable, so the “payment for website submission to WebAwards.com” is irrevocable and non refundable. However, in case the user considers that WebAwards.com hasn’t complied with its service proposal, because (01) The submitted website is not “graded and/or published” either “as nominee” or “as awarded” on time, within 1 week after its submission; or (02) there are incorrigible errors in its “website description” published in WebAwards.com; we are ready to offer 100% refund, to the “refund request” within 10 days after the website submission date.

On the other side, users should note that submitting a website to WebAwards.com does not guarantee high scores from the Jury. The scores are given by the Jury according to the methodology and criteria mentioned in our website, and then the results are announced by means of their publication on WebAwards.com.

Unacceptable websites

WebAwards.com is established to award the originality, design, content, talent and innovation in the Worldwide Web. However limits are necessary, in order to stay within the “moral” and “legal” frontiers. To this respect, any website using, selling, bearing or positioned within illegal activities, goods or services, content or position, will not be accepted. So if you feel that you are within “illegal” and “immoral” please do not submit your website. If of any doubt from you side, please contact us before your website submission and payment. We will be pleased to assist you. Because: Submissions are non refundable.

The unacceptable websites include, but are not limited with websites which contain;
(a) obscene or pornographic material,
(b) tobacco products, or information and advertising,
(c) pharmaceutical products, or information and advertising,
(d) casino, betting, gambling information and advertising,
(e) hate/violence materials,
(f) high risk products such as weapons designed to cause physical injury,
(g) material infringing any intellectual property rights, or
(h) material violating any laws, including international sanctions against certain countries.

What rights does the submitter of the data have?

The submitter has the right to:
– Request corrections or changes to the submission data.
– Revoke submissions and ask for removal and deletion of submission data.
– Within the EU, complain to your local representative of Protection of Personal Data.

Content removal or correction

If you have come across content on WebAwards.com that may violate the law or your copyrighted work is being infringed, please let us know, and we will carefully review the material and consider removing (or correcting) it immediately.
