It all started with the frustrating experience when Johannes Bergstrom ordered flowers online in Bangkok. Something was missing, everything from the online user experience to the flexibility and personalization.

What if there was a way to put the customer’s needs first while infusing the experience of giving flowers with the same love and care that goes into cultivating them? Driven by this vision, Johannes set out to create a gifting company that catered to thoughtful shoppers.

The idea behind this venture was simple yet powerful. Giving away flowers is a win-win situation for everyone involved – the sender, the receiver, and even the flowers themselves.

By prioritizing the customer’s needs and making the flower-giving experience a truly joyful one, Johannes aimed to create a company that would make a positive difference in people’s lives. It was then and there the slogan was born: “Make People Happy”.

Today, “Urban Flowers” is a modern floral and gifting company designed for thoughtful people. Through its expressive bouquets, plants, and reason-specific gifts, the company is helping others feel more cared for, even from afar. The team is proud of sourcing freshly cut on-trend flowers and offering stunning floral arrangements that fit every occasion and every moment in life.

The website is combining the talents of two experienced individuals: The creative prowess of Johannes Bergstrom and the coding expertise of Chalermsak Bhootiemsri. All is coded in WordPress from scratch. The collaboration between Johannes Bergstrom and Chalermsak Bhootiemsri has resulted in a feature-rich website which integrates advanced UX and e-commerce capabilities, enabling customers to browse a diverse range of floral arrangements and personalize their purchases.
