WoodWatch is a growing international company with an ambitious goal: Since their foundation in 2013, they have been supporting innovative forestry projects around the world, ensuring climate positive parcels. They plant 1 tree per product purchased, resulting in more than 400.000 trees planted so far. Today their goal is to reach 1 million trees by 2025 and your/our purchases will support it.

Daniel, Kevin and Jeroen are the co-founders of WoodWatch. Influenced by the ever-changing world around them, they realized an opportunity to change people’s perspectives on the impact of the things they buy & wear, and they decided to create something to help people express their unique style. The first prototypes for a WoodWatch, in three different wood types, became reality in the shape of the Original Collection. This first WoodWatch collection still represents their first instinct for exploring, and is now a loyal companion to many adventurers around the world.

Demonstrating how accessories can be unique, beautiful, and made of sustainable materials at the same time, WoodWatch grew quickly from a side-project into an international brand wşth head offices in Rotterdam. Over the years, a team of 5 expanded to more than 70 members, with 20 different nationalities, posting watches to more than 100 countries.

This story is a homage to a passion for adventure. Going beyond the point where others stop and dare to explore different cultures, untouched nature, and the beauty the world has to offer. Away from distractions and focusing on what’s around us. Travel has a way to bring new perspectives, creativity, and memories that you will keep with you for life. This is what inspired 3 friends to create WoodWatch, and today their website received the prestigious WEB AWARD of the day.
